― Paul Auster, The Brooklyn Follies.
You can call me Jess or as I sometimes like to accidentally spell my name when I’m in a rush, Jesus (but don’t actually call me that). I’m a 25 year old obsessive reader working in the publishing industry that spends far too much time getting emotionally destroyed by fictional characters. Unfortunately, I’m not a superhero. I’m a Gryffindor with an INTJ personality which I assume is supposed to mean something? The genres I like to frequently read include: YA Fantasy, Dark Romance, and Crime/Thrillers. Throw some classics in for extra measure (especially if they’re from the Victorian/Romanticism era).
My ultimate goal in life is to become a published author. I’ve got four unfinished manuscripts so I’ll get back to you when I actually manage to finish one. You’ll either see me writing about murder or writing about magic, or a mix of both. The ladies will have a penchant for stabbing and sassy behaviour, and there will be much shenanigans.
